The garbage of the settlements is taken by the Municipalities at certain times and taken to the Solid Waste Transfer Stations or Solid Waste Regular Storage Facilities.

These are facilities built for the regular storage of solid wastes to ensure their disposal without harming the environment.

Regular storage facilities are built for the disposal of solid wastes in protected areas. Also; Construction of Solid Waste Transfer Station, research of New Disposal systems and Rehabilitation of Wild Storage Areas, garbage conveyors and transportation vehicles are provided.

They are infectious waste, pathological waste, cutter-piercing waste. In general, the wastes specified below from health institutions, medical laboratories and research centers are considered medical waste.

Biomass is the general name for all non-fossilized biological material obtained from living or recently living creatures. Biomass is an energy source and in industrial terms, biomass is related to obtaining fuel from these biological materials or using them for other industrial purposes.

In the chemical content of biomass, besides carbon, there are hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N) and atoms containing smaller proportions of alkali, alkaline earth and heavy metals. All natural substances of vegetable or animal origin, the main components of which are carbohydrate compounds, are defined as biomass energy sources, and the energy obtained from these sources is defined as biomass energy.

Renewable Energy is the energy obtained from the existing energy flow in natural processes that continue continuously. Today, 80 percent of global energy is obtained from fossil fuels. Renewable energy sources play the most important role in reducing dependence on fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas. Renewable energy sources can be listed as Solar, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal, Hydrogen, Hydrogen and Ocean Energy (Wave and Tide).
